Commercial Development

Since 2016 in Mcallen Texas we have been developing Commercial Plazas. With very good feedback from the community we have built to suite furnished and sold the plazas.

We have had our own projects and projects we have help other Construction Companies to complete.

Residential Development

Chepliz first Residential Development was in 2006 in Mexico City. When Chepliz Acquired the land, got investors and developed the first Residential building of 23 apartments in Mexico City. Since then, more than a dozen Residential projects Chepliz has Developed in Mexico City.

Residential construction is a core strength of CHEPLIZ heavy civil services in Mexico City. Whether underground, located in sensitive areas, or constructed while remaining live, our team has the expertise to successfully complete utility jobs of any size or complexity.

Pre construction

Chepliz has done preconstruction since the company was founded.

Our engineers are here to help make sure you are paying the right price for right-sized systems. The team communicates heavily with the design team and reviews the drawings during preconstruction. They look for constructability issues, potential scope overlaps/gaps and options that might be more cost-effective or easier to install and maintain. With the help of the our in house engineers, our project team assembles the most accurate estimates and fills in any gaps before construction begins.

Special Projects

Our Building Performance Solutions department is designed to better help our clients during preconstruction and construction. We have special projects to satisfy our clients. This team consists of engineers, trade partners, architects and code officials who became experts in their fields. Building Performance Solutions compliments the project team and provides an unparalleled knowledge and focus.

Demolitions

In addition of Residential and Commercial Chepliz has a Demolition department that has had and has been hired for demolitions. This includes all the necessary equipment, personal and permits. In Mexico City, Cabos and in Texas.

Heavy Equipment

Chepliz has a Machinery Department, that manages Heavy equipment that Chepliz is owner. We buy, sell and rent Heavy Machinery.

Utilities

Since Chepliz has the Team, Equipment we decided to open our job sites and have been doing utilites in Mexico City and Texas.
