CHEPLIZ SA DE CV established in 2005 and designated to invest in acquiring and developing residential and commercial assets in Mexico City, Cabos, and McAllen Texas. The fund can invest in land positions, acquire existing assets, re-develop assets, and perform ground-up development (both build-to-suit and speculative).
CHEPLIZ is a leading residential and commercial construction company in Mexico City Metropolitan Area, San Jose del Cabo and in McAllen Texas, specializing in small and medium scale projects. Our experienced team overcomes any obstacle to delivering projects on time and on budget. Established in 2005. Building strong relationships and delivering excellent work remains the foundation of our philosophy.

In addition, once an agreement is reached, 100% of the development risk shifts to CHEPLIZ. Our business model is built on pre-construction services.
